This wine is a blend of our very best cuvees of, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The grapes were harvested in March and macerated and fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then aged in new oak for 12 months, before assemblage.
Tasting Notes: This blend is a marriage made in heaven! A blend rarely seen in Europe, its color is an intense garnet-red with dark hints. Strong and complex on the nose; aromas of berries, spices and red pepper combine with the tobacco, chocolate and vanilla coming from the oak. A sweet and velvety structure, sumptuous roundness…and a lingering finish complete this wine.
