2008 Merlot
This wine is made from 100% Merlot harvested in March and macerated and fermented in stainless steel. It was then aged in new French oak for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Garnet-red with black hints. This is a deliciously fruity and youthful wine with aromas of red fruit and blackberries, and delicate accents of vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied and unctuous mouth feel, this varietal expresses persistence and roundness from its ripe and smooth tannins.
