2008 Malbec Rosè
Tasting Notes: This young varietal was macerated on its skins for just one night giving it a glorious soft purple hue; on the nose it is elegant, with fresh springtime aromas and red fruits such as plums and cherry; on the mouth you can feel the typical sweetness of the Malbec.
Pairing: This wine goes wonderfully with smoked game, freshwater-fish-based dishes such as salmon carpaccio or salmon trout; also red meats with strong sauces, stuffed pasta in fine herb sauce, and citrus fruit sorbet with red fruits.
Serving Temperature: 47 to 50°F.
