2008 Chardonnay

This wine was made from 100% Chardonnay, harvested in March and macerated and fermented in stainless steel, in which it aged for 6 months.

Tasting Notes: Light yellow-green, intense and complex on the nose; a good mouth feel. Touches of tropical fruits and white peaches; well-balanced.

Pairing: This wine goes well with young cheeses, white meats in creamy sauce, mushroom risotto or pasta, and also tropical fruit desserts such as pineapples, mangoes, kiwis and bananas.
