Desert Village
This village is comprised of 65 desert vista estate homesites averaging approximately 3.25 acres each, and offers a unique and stunning departure from the vineyard and orchard green. Located amidst the Sierra Pintada foothills, which run longitudinally across the property, each estate enjoys breathtaking desert and mountain views. The Desert Village is on elevated ground and indeed offers some of the best unobstructed views of the surrounding and neighboring property. The estate's largest natural reservoir is also located here, which is fed by natural wells and runoff from Andean glacial melt.This spacious 633 acre sector will eventually serve as home to our high-end luxury hotel and wellness spa. The hotel will include approximately 50 modern suites and will feature elegant contemporary design, and state-of-the-art amenities and services. The luxury spa, fitness, and wellness center will be accessible to guests of the resort as well as the estate's residents. This exclusive spa is one of the principal priorities highlighted in the master plan, and we look forward to offering luxury wellness treatments, and state-of-the-art workout equipment and amenities.
