Vineyard & Orchard Village

This 128 acre village offers 20 homesites averaging 8 acres each. A delightful central "laguna" rests in the center of the village and is surrounded by 8 productive estate homesites; of which half are olive orchard estates and the other half; walnut orchard estates. An additional 7 vineyard estate homesites and 5 walnut orchard estate homesites also make up this village sector.

South Vineyard & Orchard Village

At just over 300 acres, this village is comprised of 28 estate homesites averaging 8 acres each and includes 13 vineyard estate homesites, 7 olive orchard estates, 5 walnut orchard estates, 2 plum orchard estates, and 1 mixed-use orchard estate of walnuts and plums. The village also features some of the estate's common vineyards, which non vineyard owners may choose to collectively own a part of. Once again, and similar in character to the North Vineyard & Orchard Village, estates in this vicinity are quite spacious and offer the convenience of privacy and seclusion. Its southeastern location offers stunning views of the Sierra Pintada Mountains, and as it borders on both the Desert Village and the rolling foothills of the desert itself, possible excursions by foot or by horseback add to its rustic appeal.
