Vineyard & Polo Village
This spectacular sector includes 32 vineyard estate homesites averaging 4 acres each, 14 walnut & olive orchard estate homesites averaging 3.7 acres each, and an additional 10 walnut orchard estate homesites averaging 2.8 acres each that encircle the main polo field and offer exciting polo event views. The Vineyard & Polo Village hosts 2 championship polo fields, a practice field, and a polo clubhouse and restaurant. The clubhouse and restaurant is situated between the polo fields and features terraces overlooking each of the fields, as well as a southern terrace facing the mountains. Other village amenities include a training and exercise ring with an equine jumping arena, stables, corals, tack rooms and groom quarters.Our twin polo fields are centrally located within the village, and there are pastures and horse trails throughout which allow the horses to move between the stables, the fields, and the exercise ring. Riding trails will also offer direct access to other extensions within the development and will provide the possibilities of both long and short expeditions within the estate, as well as neighboring properties.
Estate owners within the village may enjoy the privileges of housing their saddled horses in the nearby stables, and vineyard and orchard owners will surely enjoy the privileges of a productive estate and may ultimately decide to have their property tended, harvested, and processed by our staff, if they so choose. A private wine cellar has been reserved for the exclusive use of all vineyard owners who wish to bottle and label their own wines. Here, vineyard owners may store their bottles and barrels, sample their wines with friends and neighbors, and enjoy all the privileges of a privately owned label.
We proudly sponsor our very own polo team, which plays the bi-annual Mendoza Winery Tournament (Copa de las Bodegas), and will be organizing low and high-goal tournaments at our estate throughout the season. We also offer a polo school and practice chukkers for beginners.
