Our Mendoza wine resort and golf club's award-winning restaurant, "Chez Gaston", features a traditional Argentine clay oven and flame broiling pit, and specializes in authentic Argentine gourmet cuisine. Each mouthwatering dish is traditionally prepared with only the finest local ingredients from our own plantation and those of our neighbors, including a large variety of estate grown fruits and vegetables, nuts, olives and olive oil.
