Restaurant
Our clubhouse restaurant, "Chez Gaston", features a traditional Argentine clay oven and flame broiling pit, and specializes in authentic Argentine gourmet cuisine. Chez Gaston's menu is seasonal, allowing us to serve only the freshest ingredients determined by availability. Each mouthwatering dish is traditionally prepared with only the finest local ingredients from our own plantation and those of our neighbors. Algodon Wine Estates has enormous potential in regards to self-sufficient food production, including a large variety of fruits and vegetables, nuts, olives and olive oil. The wines born of our vineyards and winery are an essential addition to each meal, and our dining room's open fireplace and serene setting inspire conversation and reflection long after the meal.
Set amidst an olive grove planted nearly half a century ago, Chez Gaston looks out upon our fastidiously tended driving range and will soon overlook our forthcoming championship Tennis Center. The traditional design of the clubhouse is emphasized by its structural use of a combination of local wood, stone, straw and reed, giving it a true feel of rustic antiquity.
Great Wine Capitals, a global wine network, recently honored us with the 2008 National Award for the Best Restaurant Associated with Wine Tourism.
We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, and are also available for private parties and events*.
