This blend is a marriage made in heaven! A blend rarely seen in Europe, its color is an intense garnet-red with dark hints. Strong and complex on the nose; aromas of berries, spices and red pepper combine with the tobacco, chocolate and vanilla coming from the oak. A sweet and velvety structure, sumptuous roundness…and a lingering finish complete this wine.
Pairing: This wine pairs perfectly with red meats such as lamb and venison, and goes well with spiced dishes and full-bodied sauces.
