2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon harvested in April and macerated and fermented in stainless steel. It was then aged in new French oak for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: This wine shows off a bright ruby-red color with violet hues. Aromas of dry fruit, berries and spices are balanced with vanilla and smoked notes. There is a pleasant texture and good balance between fruit and tannins. A fresh and lingering finish.
