2008 Pinot Noir

This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, harvested in March and macerated and fermented in stainless steel. It was then aged in new French oak for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet in color. Soft velvety violet fruit on the nose with hints of spice. On the palate it is powerful with massive luscious earthy fruit with hints of beetroot and chocolate. It has great intensity and length and though it needs more time in the bottle it is already juicy and very drinkable.
